The FREE 4 Sticker Pack is a promotional product provided exclusively for the purpose of participating in the Be You Creator Program.
By placing an order for the FREE 4 Sticker Pack, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The FREE 4 Sticker Pack may be claimed only once per individual, household, shipping address, payment method, device and/or account, as determined by Beyoutify.
- The FREE Sticker Pack is strictly intended for participation in the Be You Creator Program and is not intended for personal collection, resale, redistribution or commercial use.
- By claiming this offer, you agree to create at least one original video featuring the products received.
- The video must be posted on your public social media account and submitted to @creators.beyoutify within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- If you fail to publish and submit the required content within the prescribed period, you shall be deemed to have violated the terms of this promotional offer.
- Beyoutify reserves the right to permanently disqualify you from all future creator campaigns, collaborations, giveaways, free product offers and promotional programs.
- Any shipping refund, cashback, Store Credit or rewards associated with the order shall stand forfeited.
- Any attempt to obtain multiple FREE Sticker Packs using duplicate accounts, fake identities, multiple addresses, payment methods or any other fraudulent means shall result in immediate cancellation of participation.
- Beyoutify reserves the right to refuse future orders and terminate participation in any of its promotional programs.
- In cases involving fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, financial loss or deliberate misuse of this promotional campaign, Beyoutify reserves all rights available under applicable laws of India, including recovery of losses and initiation of appropriate legal proceedings wherever necessary.

Tier 3 — Not Eligible
No reward will be issued where:
- Submission fails to meet the minimum requirements.
- Content violates these Terms & Conditions.
- Video quality is insufficient for evaluation.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- Only purchases made through Beyoutify's official website or official social media channels are eligible.
- One submission is permitted per eligible order.
- Products must be delivered before submission.
- Order Number must be provided.
- Beyoutify reserves the right to verify all order details before issuing any reward.
2. Submission Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Video must be original and created by the participant.
- Video must be submitted within 14 days of order delivery.
- Video duration must be between 15–90 seconds.
- Vertical (9:16) format is preferred.
-Product must remain clearly visible.
Your video must include at least two of the following:
- Product before application
- Application process
- Final result
- Customer showcase or reaction
Submission Method
Submit your video by replying to @creators.beyoutify and include your Order Number.
3. Recommended Content
The following are recommended but not mandatory:
- Before & After transformation
- Voiceover
- Face visible
- Outfit reveal
- Product showcase
- Creative transitions
- Storytelling
- Good lighting
- Clear audio
Audio
Original audio, trending audio or no music may be used.
4. Minimum Quality Requirements
A submission may not qualify where:
- Product is unclear.
- Final result isn't visible.
- Video is excessively shaky.
- Lighting is poor.
- Resolution is low.
- Heavy filters obscure the product.
- Overall quality prevents fair evaluation.
5. Disqualification
Submissions may be rejected if they contain:
- AI-generated content.
- Deepfake or manipulated media.
- Copyright infringement.
- Offensive, hateful or illegal content.
- Persons under 18 years as the primary subject.
- False or misleading claims.
- Previously submitted content.
- Duplicate submissions.
Beyoutify reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility.
6. Content Rights
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You own all rights to the submitted content.
- The content doesn't infringe any third-party rights.
You grant Beyoutify a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, crop, resize, caption, subtitle, modify and publish your content across:
- Website
- Social Media
- Paid Advertisements
- Email Marketing
- WhatsApp Campaigns
- Product Pages
- Promotional Materials
Creators retain ownership of their original content.
7. Reward Fulfilment
Featured Creator
- Cashback equal to order value.
- Processed within 7 Business Days.
- Refunded to the original payment method.
Rewarded Creator
- Store Credit equal to order value.
- Issued within 7 Business Days.
- Valid for 90 Days.
- Non-transferable.
- Non-refundable.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
For FREE Sticker Pack orders, shipping charges will be refunded as Store Credit after successful approval.
8. Selection Criteria
Creators may be selected on the basis of:
- Creativity
- Originality
- Storytelling
- Product Visibility
- Demonstration Quality
- Marketing Value
Selection is entirely at Beyoutify's discretion.
9. Final Decision
All decisions regarding eligibility, approvals, rewards and Featured Creator selection are final.
No appeals or negotiations shall be entertained.
10. Campaign Changes
Beyoutify reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Delhi, India.
