Refund policy

At Beyoutify, every order is carefully prepared and many of our products are customized or made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.


Return & Replacement Eligibility


A return or replacement will only be accepted under the following circumstance:


- You have received an incorrect product (i.e., a product different from the one you ordered).

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the incorrect product and the packaging.

- Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.


Once your request is verified and approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the correct product at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items


The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:


- Customized or personalized products.

- Orders where the correct product has been delivered.

- Minor variations in color, size, or placement that may occur due to screen settings or the customization process.

- Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.


Refunds


As our products are customized and made specifically for each order, refunds are generally not offered. Refunds will only be considered if Beyoutify is unable to provide a replacement for an approved claim involving an incorrect product.
