Follow your order using the personal order-status link in your Beyoutify confirmation email.
Find your latest update
- Open your confirmation email. Search your inbox for Beyoutify or your order number. Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.
- Tap the order-status link. Select “View your order” or the order-status link in your order confirmation, shipping confirmation or shipping update email.
- Check your order and shipment details. Follow any verification prompts. When tracking information has been added, use the tracking link to see the courier’s latest updates.
Your link is unique to your order. This page guides you to that link rather than looking up orders directly.
When to expect your order
Preparation & dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays, public holidays and national holidays.
After dispatch
Delhi NCR: next business day delivery, subject to courier availability.
Rest of India: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
In most cases, orders arrive within 7–8 business days of placing your order. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Festivals, holidays, weather, your location and courier operations may affect dispatch or delivery.
As outlined in our Shipping policy, tracking details are shared after dispatch using the contact information provided with your order.
No email or tracking details?
We’re here to help. If you cannot find your confirmation, your dispatched order has no tracking details, or delivery is taking longer than expected, email beyoutify.custom@gmail.com.
Include your order number, the name on the order and the email address or phone number used at checkout so we can help locate your order. Please do not send payment card details.
